This is a rather bold statement but we would not say it, if it wasn’t true. Established in 1991, Mactech is the original provider of career-focused instruction through a personalized and structured delivery method that WE called distance education.

There are “online schools” out there, but don't settle for anything but the best. Mactech is the only CETAC Accredited, ISO Certified College in North America. Over the years, because of hyper-growth technology, many “virtual training centres” have come and gone, and others that remain are cheap imitators. We however, have embraced technology to enhance the student’s learning experience. Originally, the concept of distance education was to grant access to students living in rural communities as well as those whose access was restricted due to limited transportation, disability, or family and employment commitments. However, we quickly learned that the convenience of receiving a quality education from caring and educated Instructors was in demand by students living in urban communities that had easy access to other educational providers. As a result, Mactech Distance Education became the largest, most accessible, and reputable distance education college in Canada.
